Maviga moves to Tiffany Tower, Dubai

Maviga PLC. (Maviga), a leading player in the agricultural ‘special crops’ sector, has relocated its Dubai operation to Tiffany Tower, Dubai.

Maviga Middle East, run by Anurag Bhargava, is now in the heart of the Dubai Multi-Commodity Centre (DMCC) in this iconic Jumeirah Lake Tower. Anurag joined Maviga in 2007, having already spent seven years in the same sector based in Dar es Salaam, and is responsible for executing Maviga’s growth strategy in Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. Maviga PLC first opened a Dubai operation in 2010.

“This is an exciting time for Maviga as we continue to expand our international footprint. The DMCC is where we need to be and serves us well as a ‘hub’ between all of our origination bases in Eastern Africa and the markets we supply in the Middle and Far East. “Anurag has a wealth of experience in the special crops sector and has demonstrated his expertise over the last eight years through the development of Maviga processing operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique and Tanzania. I am confident that Anurag will also an excellent job in Dubai.”
